1. Currently working as a Deputy Mechanical Design Leader in Valeo India Pvt Ltd, Chennai from July 2016 to till to date.

Responsibilities:

● In charge of all mechanical aspects of the inverter

● Responsible for creation & execution the time plan for the mechanical aspects of the inverter

● Responsible for creation & validation stackups of the product

● Responsible for DFMEA support for mechanical parts

2. Worked as a Design Associate in Drive train Engineering for Ashok Leyland, Chennai from May 2015 to June 2016.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparing concept models from the given input.

2. Designing of air brake circuit, air intake pipes, mounting brackets and air piping hoses in the 3 D model without affecting other aggregates. 3. Responsible for fitment checking in vehicle DMU for CAD model. 4. Responsible for product fitment signoff & resolving fitment issues in proto vehicles. 5. Releasing models and drawings in ENOVIA.

● ABS implementation in heavy duty vehicles and ICV's.

● Implementing BS-IV changes in Air piping and Foot brake assemblies in HCV and ICV.

● Development of solid models with the help of 2D layouts.

● Preparing tool diagrams for the operations like piercing,punching and forming.

● Design and development of drawings for the welding fixtures and setting fixtures.

● Preparing Quotation and Tool Cost for the products with the aid of customer drawings and created models.
