Objective:

Experience Oil Refinery Operator with long term experience operating and maintaining all forms of reactions and analysis throughout chemical production. With a full understanding of the hazards involved with oil refining, capable of keeping an even temperament while performing tasks that keep the plant running efficiently at all times.

oChief Refinery Operator

oWrite work orders for repairs or suggested improvements

oMove control settings to make necessary adjustments on equipment units affecting the refining process.

oExperience working in the HDS Unit.

oDisplayed a comprehensive understanding of refining policies and procedures, grasped complex issues, and applied good problem solving skills to develop recommendations/solutions.

oCoordinated and regulated process variables such as temperature, pressure, and to direct product low flow rate.

oStarted pumps and open valves or use automated equipment to regulate the flow of oil in pipelines and into and out of tanks.

oTank Car Loading Rack Operator

oVerifies tank car numbers with loading instructions to ensure accurate placement of cars by the crew.

oConnect ground cables to carry of static electricity.

oInspect the interior of the vessels for cleanliness and exterior for leaks or damage.

oCarefully swing loading spout over dome and turned proper valve to admit liquids to tank.

oVerified specified volume of liquids loaded by lowering gauge rod into tank or reading meters.

oPerform loading operations, including monitoring process equipment, loading and ordering materials, and performing 5s duties

oResponsible for hydraulic arm and hose connections.

oMaintained communication between ships and oil movements.

oSafely lined up flushes at dock headers

oMaintained knowledge of all products that are loading and unloading and what pipelines they run through.

oMonitoring mooring lines and pressure during loading and unloading
