Variation Claim: Preparation of variation claim for the new scope of works or changes in Quantity/specification from the contract, Cost proposal along with the proper highlighted drawings, Supplier Quotation, Star Rate Buildup, Rate Analysis and Related supporting documents
Variation Assessment: Preparation of Assessment to the Sub contractor’s variation claims.
Reconciliation: Preparation of Material Reconciliation statement based on Material Received Quantity, installation quantity & Store Quantity, to identify the Surplus and shortage Quantity for the completion of project.
AutoCAD Drafting: Preparation of Drawings for supporting documents of variation claim, measurement takeoff, clarifications to the sub-contractors, highlighting & identifying the variations through AutoCAD software to easy reference. Anticipated/Forecasting cost: Preparing and updating the cost based on the Changes or addition of the works/quantity up to date.
Co-ordination with Client: Clarifying client’s or Consultant’s query in variations, cost proposal through direct meeting or arranging workshops with them in order to clear all doubt and move forward our submissions
