Research on the cause of long-lived brine scars in the Tall Grass Prairie area near Pawhuska, Oklahoma, and a hypothesis of one or more natural brine pump as the source of brine coming to the surface using electromagnetic data and fracture patterns.

Poster: "Hypothesis of a Natural Brine Pump Causing Persistent Brine Scars in the TallGrass Prairie, Oklahoma" at Tulsa Geological Society student night and at the 12th International Petroleum Environmental Conference.

Harriers Running Club – Tulsa chapter
Member of the executive committee in the local chapter of an international nonprofit fraternity. Acts as one of the weekly event coordinators and moderators. Responsible for assisting in keeping a time table, instructing new members, obtaining dues and distributing funds, and ensuring members of the chapter adhere to the code of ethics and conduct that has been established for almost 30 years.
