1996 to 2004: Project Manager - Inland Empire Builders, Rancho Cucamonga, California. Renovated an Air Terminal for Evergreen International at the Los Angeles Airport; Three Multi-Storage. Seven Auto Zone Auto Parts Stores; Three Boston Market Restaurants, Ca; Two Carl’s Jr. Emergency Command Center for the California State Forestry Dept.; Two County Fire Station, AAA. Asphalt Batch Plant Control Building, and Ship Fordyce Centennial Harley-Davidson of Riverside 3- DSA. Projects. K-12 Schools. And three Albertson’s Super Markets.

1993 to 1996: Superintendent - Gibraltar Construction, San Bernardino, DSA. Projects K-12 educational facilities, Renovations to Marshall Middle School. Pomona, Ca. and, Renovations of Montclair High School in Montclair, Ca. Performed site work and relocation of 18 portable classrooms at Shivela Middle School. Murrieta, Ca. Constructed football stadium and all weather track for Walnut High School in Walnut, Ca.

1983 to 1993: Project Superintendent - J. Murray Construction. Redlands, Ca.

$1,000,000 Childcare Center at Norton A.F.B. for the Army Corp of Engineers. $3,000,000 Orange Empire Car Wash in Redlands, Ca. $500,000 remodel for the L.D.S. Church; Palm Springs, Ca. A $300,000 remodel of a National Guard Depot at Riverside, Ca. Saber Contract; an ongoing building and maintenance contract with March Air Force Base. Initiated, wrote, and negotiated contracts with the Army Corp of Engineers; and handled pay request and subcontracts. Remodel on base Hospital. Supervised up to 40 personal, working on 20 simultaneous projects.
