Sound knowledge of HVAC Design as per ASHRE codes, involving Heat load calculation-HAP software, HVAC Equipment Selections, Duct & Pipe Sizing, Grilles & Louver calculation, ESP calculation, Car park smoke Extract & Corridor Smoke Management system, Kitchen Exhaust, Staircase and Lift Pressurization System etc.

Submission of Material Technical submittals, Preparation of Shop Drawing, MEP Co-ordination drawings, Builders work drawings, Preparation of preliminary drawings and samples to client for selection and approval. Submission of MIR/WIR and getting approvals.

HVAC system Project installation (ETS & Mech. Plant Rooms) involving Air & Water Cooled Chiller, Cooling Tower, Heat Exchanger, District Cooling system, AHU/FAHU/FCU/Ecology Units, DX Units. VRF System, Underground Pre-insulated chilled water piping with leak detection system. Ducting works, Flushing, Water and Air balancing etc.

Knowledge in Designing of Plumbing & Firefighting-Involving Drainage & water supply piping, Pump Head Calculation, Tank Selection, Solar system & Calorifier, Firefighting system installations.

Coordination with Civil/Architectural/Electrical works.

Assist the Project and Construction Managers to ensure the works are carried out to approved shop drawings, Specification, Schedules and within budget.

Monitoring the installation of equipment/systems to ensure compliance with specification and approvals.

Follows HSE procedures.

Planning about execution of works, materials and manpower. Preparation of material requisitions follow up for material delivery.

Raise RFI and initiate variation submission.

Attending meetings with Consultant and Client.

Attend Co-ordination meetings- internal and with other stake holders.

Coordination with TAB specialists and getting approval from Consultant and handing over to the Client.

Preparation of Marked-up drawings for As-built drawings and equipment’s Schedule. MAJOR PROJECTS IN UAE (Total 16 Yrs. of Experience)

From August 2020 onwards working as Projects in Charge (Mech.) with M/s. Al Nebras Electromechanical Works LLC. (Project- Residential Building-B+G+2P+8+R in Satwa, UAE).

From November 2017 to 2020 July - Working as Mechanical Engineer with M/s. Binladin Contracting Group LLC, at RIU Hotel & Resorts Project (815 Guest Rooms- Hotel project) in Deira Island, Dubai.

From 2011 October till October 2017 - Worked as a Mechanical Engineer with M/s. James L Williams Middle East. The projects handled are:
