Job Responsibilities:-

Evaluating Tender Documents, Drawing & Schedules.

Quantity take off from the drawings & Floating the enquiries to Suppliers/Manufactures

Comparison studies based on suppliers quotations and Negotiating the Pricing with Suppliers on both Technical & Commercial aspects of the product.

Maintaining ISO Documentation, Record keeping Suppliers/Manufactures data band records.

Reviewing/Approval Mechanical Submittal, Shop drawing & as built drawing with Consultant

Making Method Statement as per Project requirement.

Execution of Project activities, Mobilization of resources such as subcontractors,material,tools& manpower handling.

Co-ordination with Clients, Other agency for Creating work fronts, Clearing constraint, Attending priority works etc.

Coordinating various aspects of MEP work with Civil/Architecture/Infrastructure works.

Project / Site Execution from project starting stage to Hand over.

Scheduling the program prior to work and maintaining the site work uninterrupted without failure.

Review and monitor contractor's HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Fightning documents,materials submittals, method statements, As-built drawings, O & M manuals etc.

Familiar with Project related HVAC calculations.

Prepare and modify the HVAC,Plumbing& Fire Fightningshop drawing as per project specification and requirement.

On site system Testing,Balancing and Commissioning support and Technical sign-off on system performance.

Conducting & leading weekly and monthly review meetings with Architects, Consultants, Contractors etc.

Raising the technical queries (RFI), based on construction documents, specifications, and drawings.

Modifying the drawings (as per the site requirement) and getting approved.

Inspection of the site work as per the approved drawings and obtaining approval from consultants.

Responsible for all HVAC,Plumbing and Fire Fighting works executed on Site.

Attending the MEP preventive maintenance call from Client / Main Contractor and arrange the technical team (Responsible person) to solve the maintenance work to complete activity.

Attend and Follow safety procedure / standard; PPE during site work execution.

Measurements checking and Verification of Sub-contractor bills.

Handing over to the Property management for operation.
