As a Power Generation Foreman I was responsible for the execution of the Power Generation Program by overseeing the performance of my subordinates, making sure the work was being done safely in a timely manner and delivery of quality work. I interacted with transportation carrier representatives to provide information concerning loading and offloading of materials and supplies. I conducted safety meetings at the beginning and end of the work shift to discuss any issues and to secure a smooth transition among crews.
