Job description:

o Structural design & Calculation by approved design software (PROKON, ETABS, SAFE etc.) And take approval from the local authority.

o Preparing specifications for the project as per the client demand and follow the local authority rules and regulations.

o Make sketch of plan as per client requirement for modification or addition and design structural shop drawings for proposed extension of existing buildings and submitted to the authority for approval.

o Chair progress meetings with the contractors / subcontractors and review the progress reports

o Discuss with the Dubai Municipality, Trakhees-CED, Dubai development authority & Nakheel Engineers to accomplish the highest feasible standards within the contracts. o Negotiating with building owners, contractors and subcontractors to finish the project in time and within the Advising and supporting the contractor on construction procedures.
