The proposed work is accomplished by using Arduino microcontroller and LDR sensor that will control the electricity based on light detection.Wastage of electricity can be reduced and lifetime of lights can be enhanced.

The project “Smart cradle systems for infants” is a project based on the au- tomation of the cradle such that it sophisticates the work of the parents or the care taker.This cradle is automated using Arduino and an IoT module which is used for communication.
