Served in 24/7, on-call capacity year-round. Oversaw incident investigations, conducted root cause analysis, issued safety alerts, and determined corrective actions. Monitored weekly training progress, compiling detailed reports for owner, regional managers, and field supervisors. Performed frequent site audits including monthly harness and fire extinguisher inspections, and facilitated OSHA onsite visits and investigations. Sourced, ordered, and dispersed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Flame Resistant (FR) clothing.
