Ensure compliance to quality systems like single piece flow, part identification and traceability, defective parts handling and disposal etc.

Review the setup approval, first off, patrol reports and ensure the compliance of the parts to the specification.

Review daily rejection trends and analyze for improvements on phenomena wise Pareto by using location matrix etc.

Ensure that gauges available in the line are calibrated and free from the parts to the specification.

Setup approval and first off inspection of in-house machined & assembled.

CMM Programming by both 2D And 3D method.

Procurement of gauges (through RFQ,PR), calibration and handling of rejection gauges.

Achievements:

Reduce CMM inspection time by using fixtures clamping method.

Installed POKA YOKE station with Proximate Sensor, to avoid operation missing.

Interlocked in lathe machine and air plug gauge unit, to avoid gauge inspection missing.
