●Through using the commercial strategies, certain steps of investigating the need of the client should be made by the sales assistant in order to guide the client toward the product already presented.

●Asking questions like “what is the type of the mobile phone you would use sir? Does it function with mono or dual sim? Do you often use video camera?” After this questionnaire the sales agent decide the choice of the client and support his product by offering the extra service and advantages granted by the company.

●Mastering the offers of the company are key tools of the perfect sale along with the communicational skills of the sales assistant.
