Working with : M/s. URC Constructions Private Limited, India Project being executed : Construction of Multi Speciality Hospital to SAIL, Rourkela. Project Management Consultant: M/s. NBCC

Position held : Assistant Manager – MEP

My focus areas and responsibilities at site includes:

- To organise for the required MEP GFC drawings for execution, by co-ordinating with Structural and MEP Consultants

-Preparing the material inventory for PH, HVAC and FPS works.

-To monitor the project progress status of the Contractor and to appraise the Management, regarding their lapses and slippages

-To identify the activities falling in Critical path, and to intimate the Contractors for required focus and attention

-To certify the monthly Running Account bills of the Contractors and certify for payments

-To conduct weekly review meeting with the Contractors for reviewing the status of the project focusing critical activities.

From May 2016 to August 2018:

Worked with : M/s. Shapoorji Pallonji Constructions Pvt Ltd, India Project executed :Construction of Medical College, Hospital, Hostels and Residential buildings to Government of Odisha, India.

:Construction of Police Commissionerate Head Quarters, to Telengana Government, India

Position held : Senior Engineer (MEP),

My Focus areas & responsibilities at site includes:

-Preparing BOQ for PH works, HVAC and Fire protection Systems based upon the approved GFC drawings.

-Preparing the material inventory for PH, HVAC and FPS works

-Executing the works with regular inspection for a flaw-less system for our Clients.

-Inspecting the activities at every stage as per the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and signing-off with our Clients/Consultants, in check lists.

-Co-ordination with other departments, for inter-dependent activities.

-Participating in daily review meetings, to understand the schedules of Process owners.

-Certifying the monthly bills of the Vendors, and forwarding it for further process for payments.

-Organizing the FPS activities, in line with the norms of the prevailing statutory bodies, for obtaining NOC.

-Organizing erection of AHUs, Chillers and related ducting, for HVAC systems.

-Carry out Testing & Commissioning of PH, HVAC & FPS systems, duly witnessed by Consultants/Clients and hand over the system, to their fullest satisfaction.

From September 2014 to March 2016:

Worked with: M/s. Powermech Engineering WLL, Doha, Qatar Project executed: Construction of 3 nos of School buildings comprising 45 class rooms, to M/s. PEO
