• AUTOMATIC FLOOR CLEANER
It is the set up of cleaning the floor and dry it automatically using heater on the same set up. PROJECT : 2
• DEVELOPMENT OF A NOVEL, ECO-FRIENDLY, SUSTAINABLE,LOW COST MULTICROP THRESHER FOR AGRICULTURAL APPLICATIONS.
The main objective of this project is to develop a automatic motor powered paddy thresher for threshing of rice paddies. Threshing operation is achieved by rotational motion of a cylinder fitted with beater spikes above a stationary grid which results in the removal of the paddies from the bulk straws with the help of motor. The V- belt is used to connect the motor and the cylinder fitted with beater spikes. The small pulley connected with the motor and the large pulley connected with the cylinder. Both the pulleys are connected by using V- belt. The motor runs in a electric power, tends to rotate the small pulley which leads to the rotation of large pulley. The large pulley is connected with the cylinder by using a shaft. Therefore the cylinder also rotates when the large pulley rotate. The cylinder with beater spikes are mounted on the rectangular frame.
The threshing component works on the principle of impact force. Paddy is the most vital extensively grown up food within the world. V- belt is used because of it’s better grip compared to all other belts. The stainless steel is used as spikes because of it’s strength & non-rustable property. It is compact in size. The Rectangular frame gives good stability . In traditional method paddy is threshed by hand itself and then the pedal operated threshing machine is developed. In this project we modified a pedal operated threshing machine into motor operated threshing machine. The motors runs at 1000rpm. It doesn’t require skilled operators.
