● Responsible for casting of IF steel, electrical steel as well as other major grades.

● Preparation of machine within given time

● To maintain the machine ready for casting(slab caster with EMS i. e. Electromagnetic stirring)

● Communicate and Coordinate with BOF and LHF to ensure availability of ladles to the caster

● Responsible for all Operational maintenance activities in shift

● Possess ability in conducting quality aspects, analysis, Safety control and implementing strict adherence to safety measures & techniques.

● Ensure frequent quality improvements, productivity enhancements and actively responsible for meeting day-to-day production target.
