British Petroleum (BP), Cairo, Egypt, (2012 to 2019) JVs Managing Director and General Manager.

- United Gas Derivatives Company (UGDC) & Natural Gas Vehicles Company (NGVC) Concurrently Managing and Directing two BP joint ventures in Egypt, UGDC and NGVC while representing BP shareholder in their boards of directors and General assemblies. Align between shareholders' strategic intents, JV capabilities, and external factors to ensure superior performance of both ventures. Establish vision, set objectives, formulate strategies, define action plans, lead for action and appraise outcomes. Deliver safe, compliant, and sustainable Natural Gas processing operations (NGL & CNG). Ensure appropriate corporate governance implementation. Champion annual budget development and control. Improve P&L performance, and Capital expenditure to achieve strategic objectives and business plans. Improve cash management and optimize working capital. UGDC

Recognized, by BP Global CFO, for significant financial contribution to BP North Africa, 2017 - 2019.

Turned-Around the declining financial performance to delivery of $160M, $140M and $90M FCF, 2017-19

Recovered long outstanding receivables of $200M through short term debt restructure agreement.

Eliminated risk of turn-down and divestment by establishment of four new Gas Sales and purchase Agreements (SPAs) / (GSAs) between regulator authorities (EGAS and EGPC) and (BP, ENI and GASCO).

Developed synergy between neighboring O&G NOCs to improve OPEX, working capital, and mitigate HSE risk profile.

Established corporate risk exposure Matrix and developed corresponding management plans.

Improved working capital by $17M through a new inventory management guidelines and procedures.

Restructured the organization, and modified the internal procedures to improve Corp performance. NGVC

Turned around the business from actual loss-making to the delivery of positive income in 2019.

Increased CNG production by 25% upon integrating the operation and maintenance functions.
