Roles and Responsibilities:

Working as Maintenance and Operation in-charge of the following activities

Determine the reasons for any Malfunctions of systems or components, and create a maintenance or repair plan to solve the problem.

Maintain Electrical system by establishing and enforcing preventive & on-going maintenance, scheduling repairs, co-ordinating shutdown & installations.

Perform a Daily walk through all areas of the operation facility, while having visibility on all Shifts. Like Transformer, DG, HVAC system AHU and Water treatment plants, cafeterias and Board meeting rooms etc.

To Maintain & Documents (logs) of high critically area's like Server rooms, Data centre and UPS room etc.

Ensure planning and execution of all preparation required for conference/ meetings of the client as well as VIP visits scheduled during the shift.

Oversee the front office daily data base.

Oversee the Helpdesk work process, Mail room and etc.

Ensure that the caterers are maintaining highest standards of hygiene in the services area.

Co-ordination meeting with vendor for resolution of service issue.

To Handle and Maintenance of HT Panels and LT panel in overall Electrical system.

MV Panels, Bus ducts, Control Panel and Distribution Board

Attending Customers Queries and Satisfying the Client requirements.

Control on Asserts Movement & Document management

To ensure implementation as per SOP ( Standard operating procedure )

To Make efforts to control of electrical power saving.

To build & maintain relationships with local vendor (service provider) for security team, housekeeping and facility maintenance team.

Documentation of AMC reports, PPM reports, Vendor reports and Agreement, Bills etc.

Monitoring and reporting of all Electrical Reading and Consumption Daily, Weekly and Monthly.

To Daily Basis Conversation on mails and Maintain Audit documents, hard & soft copy.
