• Set up/maintain/close Federal and State DOT numbers as well as other State and Local DOT regulatory agencies based on a production's location.
Driver and Vehicle management and administration
• Monitor driver and vehicle compliance on all active productions. Report discrepancies to Compliance Administrator and Transportation Specialist.
• Assist Transportation Specialist with random onsite auditing of DOT compliance paperwork
• Q&A/Training with drivers and transportation management.
• Daily completion of Safety Performance History Requests Regulatory Tracking
• Assist the Specialist in research and maintaining a current understanding of governing regulations and exemptions
• Explore new technologies, test, and pilot new programs to see how they will affect our industry in an effort to streamline film and television production transportation compliance. EDUCATION
