This system calculates employee salary based on attendance details and related details like PF, NSC, ESI, are separate modules derived from Payroll System. The payroll is processed on the first of every month for Workers, Staff and Cprs (Confidential Payroll) and salary is disbursed to the employees on basis of generated payslips. This system also takes care of all addition/deduction of earnings from various sub modules and systems.
This system is well integrated with the Employee Cost, besides the system provides information to the Management on basis of employee information. This system is also integrated with cost accounts for Costing Information and Personnel information system (PINS). The volume of payroll module is very large and it consists of Following Modules.
