Nature of Work

Operations:-

Working in alluvial mining with gold deposits.

Quality control of rocks & quarries.

Mine development and production operations by heavy earth moving machinery.

Production planning and Quality control.

Maintenance of waste dumps, haul roads, and ROM stack.

Preparing the daily, weekly, monthly production reports.

Preparing the Risk Assessment of surface mining operations.

Conducting weekly Tool Box talk with Foremen, HEMM Operators regarding method of safe working procedure, health & safety procedure.

Supply of lime stone from Quarry to Primary Crusher Plants (jaw crushers) which having8 capacity of 550 to 650 tons per hour and giving to material to Secondary Crusher (Impact crushers). Having plants like Jaw Crushers of primary, Impact crushers and Cone Crushers secondary. Power Screens and Finley Screens which giving productions 180 to 200 tons per hour. Supply the material from quarry to Grizzly's that production nearly 5,000 to 10,000 tons per day which getting sizes of 0 to 90 MM and 90 to 250 MM. Production & Sales of material nearly 45,000 to 50,000 tons per Day.

Planning of man power & Having Brief knowledge of exploration, mine maps & GPS handling.

Blasting:-

Deep hole drilling and blasting operations.

Crushers & Processing plants:-

Having a brief Experience in Primary and Secondary beneficiation Processing plants which having advance technology like Screening, Crushing, Attrition Scrubbing, De-watering & Spiral Classifiers, Log-washer, Low & Medium Intensity Magnetic Separator, High Gradient Magnetic Separator with Hi-rate Thickener.

The operation of sand washing plant having with vibrating screen, Cyclones, Silt master & flocculent unit.

Having a brief Experience with Alluvial Gold deposits washing plants like Trommel washing units and Manual washing plants.

Worked in the tailings stacks Dams.

Re – handling tailings from tailing dams.

Computer knowledge:-
