Automated coolant purifier is a machine that helps to separate coolant oil and chips to avoid the wastage of coolant oils used in the machine shops by using a electro magnet. Main Project

TOPIC: POWER GENERATION USING PIEZOELECTRIC EFFECT AND RACK AND PINION MECHANISM.

The aim of the project is to generate the power from a speed breaker through the rack and pinion mechanism and by the application of piezoelectric effect. The arrangement consists of rack, pinion, flywheel, piezoelectric plates, battery, etc.

INDUSTRIAL EXPOSURE

Industrial visit at Makino India Private limited,Bangalore Scania Commercial vehicles private limited, Bangalore. HMT Machine Tools ltd, Ernakulam.

ACHIEVEMENTS & AWARDS

Participated and volunteered for the National level Techno-cultural festival held at the college. Won prizes in the school level project exhibition. Participated in Junior Red Cross state revenue seminar and was a member of Indian Red Cross society. Won 2nd prize in the higher secondary science exhibition at the Sub-district level.
