• The main focus of the project was to provide support for HPE server, storage related issue with hardware.

• Identifying the incident, registering the incident, Categorize the incident. Ordering parts for faulty server and storage products by analyzing the issue or using the plan of action provided by other teams by parallel communicating with users throughout the process.

• Providing plan of action for onsite engineer to visit the customer’s data center and assist the customer on their issue.

• Assigning engineer on a case to go on onsite visit to client’s data center. Worked on HTML/CSS Projects
