2009 – 2009 FSET/WTP Resource Specialist 1 for WorkNet Pinellas, Clearwater, Florida. Successfully completed three (3) months on-the-job training. Responsibilities included case management of approximately 80 or more incoming customers who do not fall under the Automation Process, utilizing OSST Case Tracking System to generate and send manual orientation and conciliation letters. Monitored customers who fall under the Circumstances Beyond Control FSET deferrals outreaching to make sure they provide the necessary information or documents to meet the exemption guidelines. Initiated conciliations and request sanctions and sanction lifts. Responsible for requesting exemptions, such as, medicals, unemployment compensations, employments, over age 50, half and fulltime students, etc. Also responsible for monitoring and updating cases utilizing OSST Case Tracking, entering job history, JPRs, medical deferrals, etc. Corresponded with DCF Case Maintenance Unit utilizing FLORIDAas necessary in managing and monitoring current caseload. Assist FSET walk-ins with completion of online orientations, assessments, and selection of work activity, as well as completion of intake information.
