My strenghts as a person is patients, i have realized that there are so many people that just can't learn as fast as others, so i treat them lije i do everyone else and thats with alot of patients. I am in a quality control department, i simple bin count, cycle count, scr, kindle problem solve, cart problem solve, damageland problem solve, i do CDC audits, i am a Ambassador, i train people in new processes when they come into the building, i have serve on a safety commentie, i am on the applies commentie. When i started with Amazon i was in receive, then i decided to learn how to stow, so that point i decided to learn pack and sort. While in my home department, i have as well been train in pick. So i guess i have learned almost every department in Amazon. Most of all, i enjoy training others on how to do the processes that ICQA offers.

Taco Bell – Ringgold, Ga

In my duties at Taco Bell, i have made the weekly schulde out, order the inventory due customer needs, counted the inventory on Tuesdays, had to send the counts to our main office, made the daily employees chart this indicates what position they would be in that day, Learn how to make every item in taco bell, before the item could be sent out, it had to be weighed, this way the customer was getting tbe right portion on there item. Every 4 hours the prep food had to be checked for expired times, if bad we weighed the food and threw it away. Also made sure that the registers were right before the employees started there day. Prep had to be done every 4 hours sometimes sooner. So if we needed nachos fried i had a person standing by to take care of that. At the end of the shift every employee that worked that day and ran a register, the report had to be enter into the computer. If any of my customers were not happy, i made sure by the time they left that there order was right. weaver operator, 02/1998 to 06/2006

I ran weaving machines, had to make the area rugs, keep up for the quality of the rugs, ran 3 looms at all times, keeped the creel loaded, juke tide on, and if we had a color or a cotton that broke out it had to be put in through the heedles and woven back into the rug. High School Diploma: 1983
