Ensured consistency between physical existence and the amounts reflected in the informational system (SAP), through planning, coordination of inventory verification program, analysis and adjustment of differences.

Achievements:

Effectively managed 30,000 items and $3,000,000 value inventory Creation and application of a new MS Excel based system to manage the Inventory Control process. 60% Increase in items inquired per year. Implementation of a points system to weigh the effort provided by each worker and corresponding acknowledgment.
