I am taking inbound calls from the members from different campaigns that we may be calling on to answer their questions and to schedule them for their annual wellness assessment program appointment. It can either be an in home visit or a tele health visit. I am inputting their information into our data base that we use. I am also taking calls from our nurses that are doing the visits. We are there to help them with their availability and their times that they may need to change their schedules. Also taking calls from the NP’s as well to help them if someone is not on the tele health visit yet or if it is an in home visit calling the member to answer the door.
