INTRODUCTIONAL BIOGRAHY

My name is Tshegofatso Motsepe and I grew up from a rural upbringing in a rural area called Majaneng. My life growing up has been a challenge especially growing up with separate parents and getting to spend time with the absent parent later on in my teenage years. The absence of one major parent in my darkest times thought me to be my own man, to be cautious of my acts, be accountable for my actions and own up to my responsibilities.

The support of my mother has made me the man I am today, a proud, ambitious, goal set, good hearted and open minded person I am. Even though hardships may have fallen down on me after the sudden death of my father. He was the hope that has given me courage to never shy away from a challenge, but to rather embrace it and conquer it. Many people who believe in me thought me that I am my own greatest asset, they made me realize where my skills lay and where my talents apply. I grew up acknowledging every single thing I did in my life and I always fought to succeed no matter the difficulties and challenges that come my way, life has not been kind to me growing up but there has only been a force that has made me realise that life is not what you find yourself in, but rather the chances and decisions you take to improve on your current situation. I was fairly motivated by my primary school teachers to be more than what I am today. Those words made me be who I am today and the branding I want to create for myself.

My work ethics speak for themselves and timely assessments are my soul revivals. The brains of many talents and a champ of his own league. From the early pre-school tasks at school, each one has taught me that communication is vital in every respect and it has been the progressive ladder that has pushed me to understanding the fundamental knowledge to understanding others, and to easily work together in relation to one goal. My records stand ethical and clean from my early school days at Selang primary school, to my high school days at Madisong Secondary School and even to my college attendance at Tshwane North Tvet College. My interests mostly lay with attaining new information, doing research, compiling slideshow presentations and also compiling presentable articles on different topics such as marketing, business idea improvements, strategic advertising together with client services interests mostly in the car purchases and self-improvements. I am able to comply and perform tasks on computerized platforms such as using Microsoft Office, Sage Pastel and WPS Office for processing tasks given. My greatest strength is timeliness to work and dedication to each finer detail of my work at hand as patience is key and everything is driven by love for ethics. I possess the skill to work diligently in group activities and I am able to work possibly with anyone and show positive results with each task finished. There is uniqueness in each and every one of us but there will be a certain detail that sets one to be different from the rest of the flock, I believe key to difference is the individual interests one may possess as key description of self. My aim is to work hard, be extraordinary, to learn more and to succeed in life and to create a humble life for myself and also my family. Each day dawns with new challenges and I feel like I can conquer every challenge that may come my way because the difficulty in a task is not what it looks like, but rather how you visualise it all. The notion of the skills at hand are endless because of the adaptiveness that one can task themselves in. I am a dreamer, visualiser and a capitalist, all I shall hope for is a chance to surely show my benefits to the institution at hand and the tools I have to offer. I am a moderate learner at hand but the speed I can excel is remarkable based on the type of task given at hand and duration.
