Project No 1: EV Charging swap station (Self Dispensed)
• Duration: February 2021 – July 2021
• Role: Mechanical Designer & Responsible person of final product.
I have worked in this same project as a Mechanical designer as well as responsible person of final
product. Assigned to the tasks of selection of the various mechanical components of the same
project, establishing the specifications for the material procurement and active role in helping the
Purchase Department in developing these entire final products.
Project No 2: 600W & 250W portable Charger
• Duration: January 2021
• Role: Mechanical Designer & Responsible person of final product.
Project No 3: AC charger & Vehicle control Unit (VCU)
• Duration: June 2020 – December 2020
• Role: Responsible person of Manufacturing, Assembly & Testing
I had worked on these above two projects, The VCU was made with an IP67 rating to Electric two
wheelers. Responsible for tasks of analysing the components to ensure Design criteria and specific
requirements.
Project No 4: 10 KW Battery Pack Cooling System
• Duration: September 2019 – January 2020
• Role: Mechanical Design of Cooling system
Project No 5: EV 2wheeler & 3wheeler Li-ion Battery Pack
• Duration: July 2018 – August 2019
• Role: Mechanical Designer& Responsible person of Assembly and thermal testing
• Project tasks: Li-ion cell selection, Arrangement for battery configuration, Cell
welding (Spot), Wiring (harness), Thermal testing.
I had worked an Entire product of Li-ion Battery pack from End to End where the Mechanical,
Electrical, and especially thermal related things used in same system.

I had worked in RSK engineering works as a Junior Engineer of Paper mill machinery parts
