I have certificates of my appraisal education in the US appropriate for Trainee Appraiser (required 264 CMR: BOARD OF REGISTRATION OF REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS.) Appraiser Trainee:
30 hours in Basic Appraisal Principles;
30 hours in Basic Appraisal Procedures;
15-hour National USPAP Course Approved by the AQB and the Board 4 hours Supervisory Appraiser/Trainee Appraiser Course I completed and passed it all in the year 2021.
I have a basic education economic bachelor’s degree (2002 year) and second business appraisal degree
(2008 year) in Russia. I have completed studies and passed postgraduate exams in the economic direction (2013 year).

I have had a significant experience of more than 20 years in another country (jurisdiction). I work as an Appraiser, Appraiser’s Peer, Mass Appraiser and Forensic Expert. I performed appraisal services for residential real estate (apartments, houses and sites, residential buildings) as well as for business real estate including industrial buildings, machinery and equipment; different types of lines mechanical, gas, oil pipeline lines, power supply; share of enterprises, vehicles. Land lots and sites. Agriculture lots and specialty industry sites. Besides, I performed Mass Appraisal for tax purposes. It was substantial work with more than 1 million objects in one assignment, and part of real estate property was necessary to count by mathematical expression of the mass appraisal model, but other part of real estate property pertaining market value was performed by market method of appraisal. It has objects such as airports, train stations, unique objects, military facilities and specially protected areas. In Boston MA, I studied and analyzed laws, rules and ways of performing appraisal service (practice) in the US and I can compare them with laws, rules and practice in Russia. These are similar processes; therefore, I can perform appraisal work (valuation service). Moreover, I will do it impartially, objectively, independently in compliance with Ethical Rules and other requirements, necessary for high quality performance assignment.
