• Responsible for preparing 3D models using sketch up and Revit, Schematic Drawings, Working Drawings, As-built Drawing, Four Side Elevations, Cross Sections, Key Plans, Site Layouts, Electrical Drawings, Toilet Design Details, Kitchen Details and assisting a team of three junior architects in preparing the same.

• Preparing drawings for municipal and corporation authorities of Chennai and Bangalore for approval.

• Attending meeting with the contractors and authorities and resolving the issues with respect to drafting.

• Scrutinizing the drawings prepared by the junior architects and assisting the project managers and engineers in all drafting related issues.

• To do frequent site visits along with site engineers and project engineers to understand the site conditions and constrains and mentoring the team with the information gained on site to do the drafting effectively and with the time limits.

• Coordinating with the site survey team in the preparation and submission of As-built drawings with in the stipulated dead line.
