Create, review and interpret 2D drawings, GD & T, CAD models and able to modify with the help of MasterCam or Solid Works to machining stock, plate, aluminum materials, including CAD-generated setup and tooling illustrations. Including translates the toolpaths into a CNC program.
Verify part’s dimensions to specification with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges and comparators.
Maintains and responsible for documentation of CNC programs, CAD/CAM libraries process, and tooling records for production programs in compliance with customer and company procedures including ISO9001 and ANSI 14.5 GD&T.
