Performed duties designated to a MLT in all areas of the Clinical Laboratory. Performed phlebotomy as necessary, especially on difficult blood draws or emergency situations. Trained new employees as well as assisting in phlebotomy instruction. Lead instructor for Promedica values education courses, held throughout the entire Promedica organization.
