Designed and build real life scenario testing using actuators.

Worked in test lab, did fatigue, ultimate, rotating bending test on all Dana Spicer American axles as well as European and Indian axles.

Very organized and ordered parts over to main headquarters to keep track of future test and make sure parts are there on time as well as pre-staging to identify what product is what.

Mainly did testing for Chrysler, jeep and Nissan axles, knuckles, steering components and differential rebuilds for testing purposes.

Write reports and did test on oil flow through differentials

Had to present test results to CEO’S of Honda, Toyota and ford to show where products could improve as well as maintaining strength of current design.

Implemented incoming materials and organization to allow easy use of testing materials. Original plan was defective and wasted time and money searching for parts needed. New system allowed forklifts to engage in materials needed and get them to testing table within minutes.

Design floor plan and layout for 700,000 sq. ft. aerospace plant.

Floor leader/trainer - Set up and ran parts on Okuma’s newest CNC’s for various Boeing flight gear and landing gear.

Ran wire on a series of pulleys and dies through lead, caustic soda, acid, copper plate, over and dryer to create a smooth blemish free produce that goes inside tires.
