PROJECTS:

Leela palace hotel:

Replacement of Air handling units, ducting and chilled water piping for the commercial wing of Leela palace hotel at Old airport road, Bangalore.

There were 60TR X 4 nos and 40TR X 4 chilled water coil AHU’s with required chilled water manifold and MS chilled water piping from existing chillers. The ducting was done for 75000 sqft of commercial space and handed over to the client.

Prabha eye hospital:

We had designed and built the operation theatre complex according to NABH standards. The OT complex consists of 4 modern OT’s. We had used DX units with AHU combination controlled with VFD with provision for fumigation with separate fumigation exhaust units.

Quikr.com:

This was a commercial space with occupancy of 400 people and a BPO unit. We had installed combination of 150TR with fresh air units and toilet exhaust systems for different blocks.
