Project Voyage II

As a part of Project Voyage II the Leavers, External Users and password resets processes are implemented to maintain the user’s access. The project’s objective is to perform joiners, movers, leavers operation in 200+ applications and maintain user’s access. Leaver’s process is high risk process where the access of the users should be revoked within 48 Hours.

Project horizon

Contributed the expertise knowledge in carrying out UAT for all phases of Project Horizon which is a key deliverable to standardize External Users operating model via SLX (Internal Request console)

Off-boarding applications from sailpoint IIQ to SLX

Migration of all IIQ controlled applications to the SLX toolset. Played a key role in On-Boarding 60+ applications high risk applications on SLX (Internal Request console)

Project - London Data Centre Restructuring (LDCR)

The LDCR programme. From Access provisioning front playing a key role in moving System Logins and Profiles (SLAPS) application from London to Edinburgh Data Centre. 32 Applications were moved successfully this year.

SWIFT RSA Project & Customer Security Controls Policy (CSP).

Project is to remediate SWIFT Customer Security Programme mandatory control 4.2 “Multi-Factor Authentication” to prevent compromise of a single authentication factor that allows access into SWIFT systems, by implementing multi-factor authentication. Hence RSA authentication planned to roll out for all Swift apps

Role: Service Analyst

Responsibilities:

●Perform Joiners, Movers and Leavers operations effectively.

●Handle all high risk payment applications. Predominantly Cyberark, SWIFT applications

●Developing and delivering technical training designed to enable JML Process.

●Identifying the risks involved in the JML process and communicating the risks to the appropriate team.

●Create Knowledge guides for the JML applications to simplify the process and train the team accordingly.

●Assist with Provisioning/Deprovisioning, Certification and Remediation processes

●Determine feasibility of requests within time and cost constraints.

●SME for SLX JML.

●Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures, training plans and a list of application enhancements and changes, ensuring appropriate analysis and application use if execution is required.

●Key role in Application On-Boarding for UAS applications

●Incident Management for access provisioning Team - Root cause Analysis for UAS incidents

●UAT, KPT for SLX RBAC JML (Access requesting console)

●Internal Audit support for SWIFT and high risk payment applications
