Production schedule adherence.
Conduct sunrise meatimg for manpower allocation, discussion on key issues of previous day such as safety, machine breakdown and high rejection.
Preparation of material request to store for the production plan.
Check and maintenance of 5s in shop floor.
Review on Rejection, Rework and disposal of the scrap material with operators.
Verification of Material issue notes for the assembly lines and ensuring the availability of materials for the next shift.
Production improvement by using various concepts of manufacturing.
INPROCESS CONTROL
Conduct the Loyout inspection as per the ARAI/ Customer requirements.
Handling Warranty complaints.
Prepare MRM report.
Formulating the system to control the inprocess quality.
Following process flow chart, control plan, Process FMEA, work instruction, Process monitoring chart, & SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
Monitoring the inprocess inspection effectiveness through the final inspection Non-conformance.
Analysis the final inspection Non-conformance and identify the preventive action to control the inprocess inspection.
Solving customer complaint, customer rejection handling,& Take corrective action.
Conducting process capability studies for the ciritical parameter which mentioned in control plan and analyze the result.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
Done a good support to achieved ‘ZERO PPM’ from customer.
I started procedure of daily scrap review meeting with all CFT members infront of yesterdsy processing scrap to take immediate action to reduce scrap of line.
I also started procedure of daily process audit check sheet to highlight any abnormality in process & correct it immediately.
Minimize handling damage problem by designing and developing special pallet and safety packaging system for material handling.
