2014 – 2016 Application Systems Analyst IndraSoft, Inc. Montgomery AL Project Lead between April 2016 and December 2016 for the EMOC program version 4.2. Coordinated project status with program manager and interface partners. Ensured technical documentation was properly delivered to contracting officer and representatives. Coordinated major milestones with all appropriate parties. Software developer for the Enhance Maintenance Operations Center (EMOC) program. The Cargo Movement Operations Systems is a top- down directed program that automates base-level transportation to Air Force, Army, Marine, and Navy sites worldwide. It provides the capability to effectively plan, document and manage cargo to plan, schedule and monitor transportation activities in support of deployment and reception forces. Designed and developed forms for the CMOS program using Oracle Forms Builder 11g and PSQL. Designed and developed Oracle database components such as packages, procedures and functions. Designed Ordacle database tables and views. Tested and debugged components and units in the Oracle forms developed. Updated documentation such as application specifications using Microsoft Word 2010. Reviewed and troubleshoot Problem Reports, providing solutions to the problems. Installed and configured Oracle WebLogic Server Platform 10.3.6 for Application Servers. Installed, configured, and maintain Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g Forms version 11.1.1.6.0 in Application Servers as cluster environment. Lead, managed, and developed personalized tools that interact with ArcMap 9.3 and the geodatabase in order to locate, format, and show the information requested by the user. Tool Process

Selection Tool

Select objects in ArcMap 9.3 to pull information from the database, and show the information in a customized form.

Distance and

Azimuth Tool

This tool calculates the distance and Azimuth from one object to the other. The resulting information is Stratum compliant that is saved in the geodatabase. ArcPad Tool This tool has been created in VBScript. It helps the Trimble unit to add trees to the database. Lead, managed, and developed personalized Work Request Forms to interact with the geodatabase (.mdb in Access) and ArcMap features using the tools mentioned above. Forms addressed below have been developed in Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, .NET Framework 3.5. Code snippets in VB, VBA, VBScript, and VB.NET have been use as a reference and then translated into C# (The core programming language of the project). Form Process

Address

Locator

This form runs a query on the database to find an address point in a map, zooms to that point and highlights it.

Contact Form

The user is given the functionality to search for a contact in the database, update contact’s information, or delete duplicate contacts.

Work Request

The user can create work requests by using the Selection tool in order to select trees in the map, where the tool creates new records in different tables and in relationship classes in the database. TreeGeo

Editing Form

With the help of the 4 custom tools, the user can update information about tree objects in the map. Adding this information helps the geodatabase’s relationship classes making the database work properly and show information to the user.

The distance and azimuth tool is the core process of this form. Supervisor

Requested

Used by supervisors to select and view job status. User can then add information, appoint crews, select a scheduling date, change the job status, or complete the job (which will calculate the Jobs cost). ArcPad Forms

These forms use 3 databases (Basic, Initial, Update) to be use daily in a hand held Trimble Unit to support managing from start to end.
