Additional Responsibilities

•Assist in the repair and maintenance of the following equipment:

•Tables equipment

•Photocopiers

•Casino intercom systems

•Computer related products (when no Computer/ Officer is available)

•Install all Casino safes, Parma-vaults, key files etc.

•Dry Docks.

•Slot and Table Tournaments.

•Examines defective machines to determine causes of malfunctions and report to Slot Manager and casino management.

•Also carry out maintenance and troubleshoot of all land based Casinos Electronic Tables Like BACCARAT, MINI FLUSH, BLACK JACK and Robotic Baccarat (BingoTimes).

•Responds to guest complaints in a considerate, professional and positive manner by showing concern and listening actively and guide guests in playing and proper use of slot machines.

•Maintains an awareness of the guests to avoid possible security problems. Observes players and machine operation for improper use or possible security problems. Notifies management and/or security of suspicious behavior and maintain proper log of every error and rectify it.

•Take part and get involve in casino activities.

Work experience: I)Worked in GOA COASTAL & RECREATION RESORTS PVT LTD(Casino Pride all properties ) from Arpil 2018 till date as Slot and Surveillance Technician.

ii) Worked in DELTA CORP LTD from sept 2016 to march 2018 as surveillance technical officer.

II) Worked with Andrew telecommunications ltd (Commscope) as Technical Operator in optic fiber cables .
