Document non-conforming conditions & investigate non-conformances through regular site and third party audits. Creating and implementing effective preventive actions for the same.

Developing specific Quality Procedures along with Project Manager of Site and forwarding to Contractor for implementation.

Observe, Document and Report on Quality Issues with escalation to Project Head and guide the project team for necessary corrective action.

Prepare reports to communicate importance and results of Quality assurance activities through regular meetings and envisage training to labour through Contractor QC department.

Coordination with Architects, Structural Consultants and Material vendors in terms of quality assessment of all materials received and consumed at Site, as per Project specifications.

Co-ordination with billing team in terms of certification of contractor bills under Quality aspects.

Taking lead in completion of critical tasks related to structural repair and waterproofing works.

Specialized in Snagging and Handing over of finished apartments/villas of the organization.

Headed the NDT related processes and other third party tests conducted at Site.
