Worked as a Banquet steward (casual) for Hotel Centaur for 01 year. This job gave me the introduction to the hospitality (hotel) industry. Accountable to the Sr.Captain, I had to set-up for different functions (marriage receptions/board room meetings etc.) according to the hotel standards. My supervisors saw my interest in working behind the bar counter assisting bartenders & though I was not an employee, I was always given a chance to work behind the bar counter, this gave me interest to be a bartender in future which I achieved in my second assignment.
