Project Description:

SBI Card Issuance process through Loan Origination System –LOS – Software Test Engineer SBI CardOne is the application used for customer service purposes which helps the customer to takes the Enquiry/Complaints/Request gives the planned completion date. CardOne app is integrated with External apps with Siebel CRM.

Online (Real-time) Interface

Exchange Server (Real-time): For receiving e-mails in CardOne and sending emails from Cardone. SMS Server (Real-time): For sending the SMS notification. OPA (Real-time): For executing the various risk policy checks through the Oracle policy automation tool. Oracle to send the policy “Pass/Fail” result along with the message. Middleware: Middleware would use to cater and translate the Siebel into an understandable format to the external systems. Here we are using SPINE as middleware which takes the input from CardOne and transforms it to the Vision plus and vice versa.

Vision Plus: Multiple Interfaces build b/w Vision plus and CardOne. Responsibilities: Mobile App, WCP, CardOne, Vision Plus (CMS)

• Involved in requirement walkthrough calls with the business for a better understanding of the requirement specification document.

• Identified end-to-end test cases, regression suites, and system test cases.

• Documented test cases and performed peer reviews on the teammate’s work.

• Responsible for Smoke and Sanity test.
