Fully responsible for the Engineering, Equipment and HVAC techs, Maintenance Department, Grounds Department, Housekeeping Department (100 plus personnel) and managed care facilities techs, 2600 condo/apartment homes and laundry. Complete Capital planning and implementation to include contractor selection and final inspection. Wholly responsible for 160 acre site and over 2 million square feet of mixed residential, office, and commercial space. Incorporated into departments are a small fleet of vehicles from golf carts to class B registered trucks and backhoes to 80ft man lifts, and Bobcats. Oversight of 5 Central Plants supplying over 100 million BTU’s to 19 buildings 24hrs per day. Complete financial accountability for all listed Departments including sign off for all purchases using credit cards as well as corporate or direct accounts. Monthly reporting of all Departmental Activities to Board of Directors, Owners and Corporate Office. Total personnel under my direction is 130 hourly and 6 Supervisors.
