DATA ANALYST

Responsibilities:

Technology & Environment:

XPM

Used for Technical Except (T.E). Directory of paid loan files/documentations that are signed by both customers and bankers. If a loan file does not exist nor has it been scanned, a note is typed into the comment for team directors to let them know.

OPUS

File directory/ library to see if files under the obligor/obligation is onsite or has been worked on (closed.)

CREDIT BRIDGE WORKSPACE

Where information about paid loan documents of clients are assigned to the team. CBW displays information of customers, obligor/obligation, Athena Key, Enterprise Customer Number (ECN), and Job ID.

ICMP

All documents that are scanned into the system based on a specific Obligor/Obligation file or Job ID and sometimes ECN. To check if documents are within five years for retention to be set. Lastly, to observe if documents are original or copies. If documents are originals then documents will be assigned to a physical box and its box number to be shipped out to Iron Mountain. If copies, then TE needs to request original documents from the banker to have scanned in ICMP and forward it to Paid In Full (PIF) to have it assigned to box number.

AFS REFLECTION

Program to check a certain obligor obligation pay off date as well as confirming if the loan has been paid off or not. Also, to determine if the loan is SBA, Wachovia, or CMG.

BLAST

Program used to search for different customer names under the same obligor/obligations. Types of documents in the file such as Agreement letters, Guarantees, and Deed of Trust. If files are not onsite from Opus nor ICMP TE requests are made in blast for bankers to mail the original documents over. That way file data can be updated on XPM and Opus.

EXCEL SPREADSHEET

Create Table to keep record of notes, pay off date, Job ID, and obligor/obligation. Record is kept by team members and are audited by team managers. Each day a new table has to be created for the number of files worked on.
