This project is the refurbishment of approximately (55) rooms at the Camp Arifjan Medical Clinic, building 179A, including all labor, material, equipment, design, repairs, and installation required to refurbish rooms. Refurbishment includes demolition of items including floor tile; baseboards; ceiling tile; florescent lighting fixtures; supply and return air grilles; diffusers; (27) sink faucets. (1) a folding wall will be replaced with a stud and sheetrock. All walls, doors, and door frames are to be repaired to smooth surface primed and finish painted. Remove corrosion from the flag pole and repaint. Cabinetry work as defines.
