Multiple projects involving renovation, rehabilitation, structure and finishing works.

• Oversaw the construction of multiple swimming pools including concrete, waterproofing and finishing works.

• Involved in a team of engineers as the appointed project manager for the rehabilitation of the damaged apartments caused by the Beirut blast. The project was managed and supervised by Dar Al-Handasah Consultants (Shair and Partners)

• Directed the works for the renovation of a luxurious apartment including concrete, MEP, and finishing works.

July 19 – Dec 20 Project Manager / AMEC, Lebanon

Local contracting firm specialized in residential and industrial buildings.

• Procured all material and equipment related to three different projects including an 18-floor residential building in Achrafieh.

• Cost control for the several projects in hand.

• Prepared bill of quantities for new projects as well as pricing. June 18 – June 19 Site Engineer / AMEC, Lebanon

• Performed quantity surveying for the executed work, establishing site organizational plan and work programs to increase work productivity.

• Prepared submittals, site inspections, payment invoices, and discussing design modifications with the consultant.

Jan 16 – Jan 18 WASH assistant / Lebanese Red Cross HQ (Disaster Management Unit), Lebanon Field monitoring to housing of Syrian refugees all around Lebanon covered by the LRC. My main duties and achievements were:

• Oversaw and inspected the contracting works of shelters while arranging clean water access and waste water management to comply with WASH standards and specifications.

• Reported all the related activities such as daily, progress and project summary reports.

• Conducted hygiene awareness sessions for the refugees in all camps covered by the LRC.

• Managed training programs for all LRC branches distributed across 9 regions all over Lebanon (Bekaa, South, North…).
