Operations Model for a Gas Asset

WEATHERFORD INTERNATIONAL – UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

Successfully headed a multiethnic team of 8 engineers in ADNOC Gas Asset as senior digital oilfield consultant and project coordinator for timeline, budget, scope, risk, and resources of the work effort being executed. Developed a workflow system of wells, production/injection networks to collaboratively prioritize and communicate production operations activities.

Accomplished deliverables were gas producers/injectors performance monitoring, production enhancements identification and facilities debottlenecking evaluation. Some achievements from the implementation were:
