I am certified by the International Association for Radio, Telecommunications and Electromagnetics (iNARTE) as a Master Telecommunications Engineer with over 45 years in the Telecommunications, Wireless and Information Technology Industry. For the past three years I have been employed by Integrity Management Company as a Project Manager/Construction Manager in support of Verizon Wireless Cell Site Construction. As the project manager, I was responsible for all aspects of the construction of these cell sites in the West Tennessee and North Mississippi region. The duties included but were not limited to the Bid Walk Process, Bidding and Selection of General Contractors, project schedule development, pre-construction meetings with GC to ensure full understanding and compliance of the project specifications, oversight of all civil work, tower and equipment pad foundations, Grounding systems, conduit installations, connection to commercial power system, equipment cabinet layout and equipment installation, Site Safety, Ground system testing, etc. Part of my responsibilities included the review of all Construction Drawings and where necessary make required changes and develop Supplemental Specifications to enhance the Construction Drawings. Developed the final site punch list and reviewed GC corrective actions to same. Prior to that, I was self-employed as a Network and Infrastructure Consultant/Project Manager for some of the top Companies in America: i.e. Hewlett-Packard, General Motors, ACS, U.S. Navy, as well as major electric utilities, telephone companies, network service providers, and small to large businesses. These services have been provided in Australia, Canada, Europe, Mexico, South America, the Pacific Rim (including China), and throughout the United States.

provide them the information necessary to issue a qualified bid on projects. Provide the selected vendor with detailed information for obtaining building and electrical permits, documentation as to what equipment/materials Verizon would supply and what the vendor had to supply and worked with Verizon engineer to determine materials needed for project and developed spreadsheets to itemize same. Held pre-construction meetings with vendor prior to project start, provided daily Feedback to the vendor on his questions, concerns or problems. Provided direct oversight to tower foundation layout and construction, equipment pad and equipment layouts per the construction drawings, inspected the ground system and conduit layout per the construction drawings. Reviewed equipment layouts in the cabinet, developed spreadsheets on the power and environmental equipment, inspected the setting of the electronic cabinet and generator, worked with vendor to ensure that the required telco service providers requirements were met. Performed punch list development of outstanding issues as projects were nearing completion. Performed final inspection of completed sites to ensure all the project requirements had been completed and all issues resolved.
