A clear understanding of the Employment Standards Code. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all field related aspects of mechanical construction projects on an industrial/commercial level. Scope includes interfacing with customers, inspectors and end users to ensure that projects are executed in accordance with client specifications and budget constraints.
Report to project and/or company management on project status and identify potential project problems (delays, revised scheduling, cost overruns, and recommended solutions).
Coordinates with the project foreman and staff to avoid scheduling conflicts and keep crews running efficiently.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of the crew size required for defined levels of productivity at each stage of the project schedule.
Proven capability to accurately interpret and apply project direction from drawings, schematics, blueprints, job layouts or verbal instructions and operate a variety of tools and machines incidental to project needs.
