Reinforced Concrete: Strength and Deformation of Concrete under the Various States of Stress; Concrete Plasticity; Fracture Mechanics Concepts; Fundamental Behavior of Reinforced Concrete Structural Systems and their Members; Basis for Design and Code Constraints.

Cost measurement: introduces the types of cost estimation from the conceptual design phase through the more detailed design phase of a construction project.

Structure: concerned with the conception, analysis, design, and construction of components or assemblies to resist loads arising from internal and external forces.

Sanitary installation, heating, and air conditioning: installation of sanitary pipework & appliances, hot & cold supply pipework, central heating pipework, and appliances, wiring of fully pumped hot water & central heating system.
